Processing Time

All orders are handmade and personalized. Processing time varies depending on the size of your order:

Order Size Processing Time
1 - 6 napkins 5-7 business days
7 - 20 napkins 5-10 business days
21 - 50 napkins 10-15 business days
50+ napkins (bulk) Contact us for timeline

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is ready, shipping time depends on your location. You will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Estimated delivery times do not include processing time. Please consider both when planning your order, especially for weddings or special events.


Plan Ahead for Events

If you are ordering for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, or special event, we strongly recommend placing your order 4 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.


Personalized Orders

Every item is custom-made with your initials or monogram. Please double-check your personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in personalization submitted by the customer.


Shipping Address

We ship to all 50 US states. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TiedWithThread is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

TiedWithThread is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at designmmtj@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging at designmmtj@gmail.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
